My deepest condolences to the entire family. Jay was a great man and a good man. A friend who will truly be missed by all. I've already missed him everytime I went by the Abercorn office these last few weeks. He always had that warm smile and a kind word or two. He always greeted me with his 'Hi man, how's it going?' Never failed - 'Hi man'. I'll never forget the day he called me to break the news of his cancer. We spoke about many different things but most important to him was making arrangements for when he could no longer be with us. So selfless. So caring. Truly a great man and a good man. In HIS Love.

Jay was truly a man of God and a devoted family man. Though I knew him only briefly I found him to be a man who was generous with his time, his resources, and himself. He was a devoted dentist, but was devoted even more to Christ, to his family, and to his parish. For me, he was someone who truly had the gift of hospitality in its fullest sense and who, like Barnabas in the Book of Acts, was a true son of encouragment. He will be greatly missed by all but the rich legacy he leaves behind will succeed him.
- Louis Markos, Houston, TX
Pam - There's not much I can say. Your e-mail came as a shock. It would be silly understatement to say that I'm really glad that we all got together last year and that I had a chance to meet Jay. My KD picture stands proudly in the center of a large bookcase here in my computer/radio room. You're not very big, but you and Mr. Potenza pop out at me every time I look that way, as I just did. I keep remembering that our class produced several musicians and more than a few teachers. Your sadness will be heavy, but you must continue your music at the church. Please convey my condolences to your entire family. God bless you. Nick
